What this site is

A short description of Orcade and a list you can join. It is not a product, and nothing described here is running yet.

Nothing is live

No games are currently operating. No funds are accepted, held, or paid out. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to play.

What the home page claims, and what it does not

The home page states that our underlying engine is built and tested. That refers to internal software that is not published and that you cannot inspect from this site — so treat it as a statement about our own work, not as something this site demonstrates.

The home page also describes, in three general steps, how that system is intended to work. That description is a summary written for readers, not a specification, and it demonstrates nothing: the page runs no part of the system and shows no record of any contest. Treat those three steps as a statement of design intent that you cannot verify from this site.

The home page also lists kinds of contest the platform is intended to support. None of them is available, and naming one is not a commitment to build or launch it.

Nothing on the home page is an audit, a certification, or a guarantee about how a future live game will behave.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to join the access list. Orcade is not offered where it is prohibited by law, and joining the list does not guarantee access.

Changes

These terms will be replaced before anything launches. If they change materially while you are on the list, we will tell you at the address you gave us.
